NOTICE: SWMC Clinic Closure End of December 2022

Seattle Women’s & Moms’ Clinic is a contemporary health clinic providing comprehensive services including women’s health, mental health and physical therapy.

We strive daily to provide personalized care that is customized, accessible, relatable, and empowering.

SWMC started as a women’s health clinic and has expanded to include mental health and physical therapy to better serve our patients.

Seattle Women's and Moms’ Clinic PLLC is located in North Seattle and seeks to provide care in a novel fashion while reclaiming and celebrating the best features of vintage medicine. We offer longer visits, personal care which deepens the provider/patient relationship, and a smaller clinic setting where patients know all staff.  Some of our innovative features include a patient portal to complete intake prior to your visit, virtual visits so you can access healthcare from anywhere in Washington (SWMC was doing this for years prior to COVID), and the ability for online prescription refill requests and appointment scheduling.

For the safety of our patients, staff, and community, “in clinic” visits are welcome to vaccinated patients only.

Unvaccinated patients are welcome to receive care via telehealth with virtual visits.
